Details: |
Under general direction, provide and perform the management, administration and coordination of the real estate function of the city. Primary components include management of third party consulting and brokerage services, legal department coordination, extensive interface with city departments and external parties, and administration of real estate activities.
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Administration and four (4) years of experience in real estate, property management; or economic development experience that includes two (2) years of experience involving real estate practices in the state of Texas.
